In conclusion, our analysis of ShopRite's information systems and business processes shows the company's successful use of structured and dynamic systems, such as POS, CRM, ERP, and social media platforms like Instagram, to support operations and customer engagement.  Through our interview with ShopRite team members and managers, we gained valuable insight into using these information systems and the challenges faced at the store.  This direct perspective reinforced the need for stronger consistency and technological upgrades in this specific location.  In the future, ShopRite may benefit from real-time analytics and improved data protection by implementing a hybrid cloud design.  In addition to boosting operational efficiency, these changes would improve ShopRite’s customer relationships, guaranteeing ShopRite's competitiveness in a retail landscape that is becoming more and more digital.
